Here’s why you should support Azdion on Patreon

Hey everyone! We’ve been hard at work making stories over the past year, and now we’re taking the next steps – and you can help us. Azdion is on Patreon now, which allows you to pledge as little as a dollar every month to help us do what we do best, and do it even better. But why would you wanna do that? Here’s why:

You want to support indie art and storytelling

Obviously, your pledge to Azdion’s Patreon is a great way to support us as storytellers directly. If you love our work, this is a great way to show it on an ongoing basis! However, your pledge could go deeper than that – as we reach our goals, we’ll be able to dedicate more time to creating stories and learning new things, then share what we’ve learned with you and other independent storytellers. You want to learn

Learning is cool, and getting better at something is fun! We’re constantly learning how to improve our storytelling skills and techniques. We’ve shared our free animated film toolkit, comic page process, and various advice posts on things like starting your first webcomic. If you learned something from these posts, you’ll be excited to know we want to make more like them, and we can with your help. In fact, we’ve already begun posting process gifs and tutorials which you can unlock if you choose. Even better: this is education you don’t have to pay a ton for! Which gives us our next reason…

You like what we do, and you’re on a budget

We all know what it’s like to want to support a creator we love, but simply not have enough money to do so in a meaningful way. On Patreon, you can pledge as little as one dollar per month! That’s only $12 out of your entire year, or less: you can start and stop your pledge anytime, so if you can’t afford it some month, you can stop pledging and come back later. Maybe you just really like what we make, and you’re curious about what we’re up to. Depending on how much you pledge, you can unlock early announcements, story previews, behind the scenes content, and even entire tutorials! Of course! Maybe you’re still deciding how much you enjoy our work, and thus can’t commit to spending the money on it; maybe you don’t have any money to spare (or a means of sending dollars over the internet); or maybe you have some other reason. Fear not, our stories and tutorial posts won’t go away behind a paywall, so you can still enjoy them! However, patrons will be able to see them sooner.
